We have started to make a few alterations at home....well Vin has, he is turning our windows into Georgian style...I don't like upvc... well not for me anyway...and haven't see any windows I like. So Vin is changing ours in a similar way the french do. He's building frames to sit inside the windows that can be removed for painting and cleaning the windows. They haven't been shaped yet and then need painting white. I am really pleased with them.
Also he's adding beams through the bungalow to give it more character and then will be finishing them off and staining them.
