Another lovely sunny day. It was my day off today, after a long day yesterday and with two long days and a night shift ahead of me. So i took advantage of the weather, planting lots of germinated seeds, apart from the sunflower seeds we haven't a clue whats going to grow from the others. I also planted the hydrangea's i bought to grow around the trellising and hopefully across the sheds. The inverted tyres are full of poppies which were the first to be planted and are just a lot green leaves at the moment.
Our herbs have also been transplanted....i hope they survive my inexperience.
The plant pictured in its pot is flowering for the third year. The plant almost died the first year but must be very hardy because it allowed itself to be nurtured back.I love my large terracotta pots, but out of my small ones these are my favourites.
My wii fit board is becoming addictive, as well as fun its hard work as the levels increase, i would recommend investing in one. I then enjoy a few games of tennis on the sports section.
