Recently i attended for interview and was successfully promoted to sister. I had always said it wasn't what i wanted from my career but having been encouraged by my colleagues and realising i had already made that step up towards it i went for it. The thing that clinched it was the new senior sister and her values that match my own. I have had a very positive response and feel i have made the right move.
We were in France during May bank holiday we were working on the crater and have added update photo's of Angela's garden found at the far side of the crater. The weekend went well and we all worked very hard the crater looks its best ever.
When we came back it was Libby's birthday and along with Casey she stayed over at ours at my request......Jody and Paul love their time with Libby especially on her birthday so i was really pleased. Its very difficult when every one's working and because of school to have any of the grandchildren like i had hoped i would when i was younger.
We travel back to France on the 26Th and arrive back on the 3rd July. It's the 1st July ceremony once again on the Somme we are both looking forward to it.
Recently i was sponsored on a horrible strict two week diet for the Gambians i am now repeating it for the crater and have had a very good response. Later i hope to do aerobatics for The Gambians and of course have still got goods coming in so i can continue the car boot sales.
